lift 'em high

Ok, so ive got an 88 PU, and im thinking about some new tires. I just want to know if anyone knows what kind of gearing I would need in order to be able to do 50 mph on road (its my DD) with 35 inch tires, or if i should just think smaller. Also it would be helpful for some suggestions on what kind of lift to get.

lol yeah...it been covered... 5.29's for 35"s or if you ant diff rpms n such try justdifferentials.com they have a gear calculator you can use to decide on what gears and what tires...and if you want to run 35's your going to need either an LT kit, wich i would rather have or a 4" bracket lift with a body lift..im running a 4" bracket and a 3" body lift, and it clears pretty good

SEARCH BEFORE YOU ASK. It wouldnt be so annoying if you hadnt asked a set of questions that had all been answered 1.2 million other times on other threads here...

I think it's funny ... in the amount of time people took to bitch about searching, they could have typed:

5.29 for manual tranny
5.71 and a tranny cooler for automatic

4" bracket lift will fit 35;s

more info, search, you'll go blind on all the posts
