recently my steering has been making some noise after i start my 4runner. i noticed it about a week ago and it had gotten slowly worse each day. it only happens right after i start my 4runner while the engine is cold. it sounds like the whining noise that you hear when turning the wheel to full lock but it happens with every movement for a few minutes. what is causing this problem?

 

not enough tension on the power steering or fan belt. well thats what was wrong with mine and got it tightened up, problem went away

 

How's the fluid look?

 

fluid looked fine when i checked before i posted. ill check again see if anything changed

 

Fluid level was right?
