Codes P0400 and P0071 Thrown. Emissions?

Codes P0400 and P0071 Thrown. Emissions?
My 3.4 5vz-fe threw P0400 which is EGR stuff and P0071 -Ambient Air Temp Sensor (Mass Airflow Sensor?) I think the EGR is bad or stuck because when cold it runs very rough and sounds like it's going to die. Warm it seems to run fine.
Where is the EGR on this thing, I can't find it so that I can try to clean it out.
Anyone had any luck with P0071 or cleaning their mass airflow sensor?
