Exclamation ford 9inch rear end leaking gear oil still

i have an 76 ford 9 inch rear end, both seals are leaking gear oil bad. i replaced one side (big hassel you have to cut off the retainer and bearing to then press on the new parts. I made sure i had the right seal but it almost didnt want to seat in the axle right. I ended up getting it in the best i could but it still leaks! anyone have any expeirence with Ford rear ends?

From: Home is Mathis, Texas, for now
There are several variations in seal sizes. The ones I got from the local auto parts leaked right away because I warped it to get it to fit. I got some good ones from Motion Industries(industrial bearing and seal house) and took my time installing. Also be sure not to rest the axle on the seal lip when installing. remember, spring side of seal to the inside
