Underglow vs. HID Headlight vs. Cold Air Intake

Ok guys here we go ive had the runner for a while now and have done many tech hings to it but am now trying to spice it up a little and have narrowed it down to three totally different things. Any opinion would be great. Thanks.
1. Blue Neon Underglow
-i chose this to match my led lighting in the footwells that is already installed and i believe it would add uniqueness to it since i havent seen many runners with it.
2. HID headlights
- I also believe this would match the footwell lighting and add style to front
3. Cold Air Intake
- I have the 4cyl 2.7 ltr and thought this would do a little to add a little pep in its step and make it sound much better while accelerating.

Thanks alot guys hope to hear some good comments.

I suggest Short Ram w/ heat shield on the intake unless you want to heighten the chances of hydro-locking your motor
