New 4runner pictures
At a local dog park were I like to take my German Shepard, Max, swimming. Also just removed the running boards and what a difference. Next up is to make my new rear bumper.

Good looking rig! Now it's time for some rock bumpers.
Oh and X20 points for the bas @$$ dog. Here is Scout my co-pilot when we go wheeling. Old pic of the runner and my fat butted shepard mix but you get the idea.

In this one he's thinking "dang dad, we need some upgrades.

Now he's happy.

So what plans do you have for the rig? Camping demon? Offroad God? DD??

Spirited Off-roading/Camping mostly. I want to do marlin crawler front winch bumper with sliders. For the rear bumper I want to go with 4"x2" steel tubing .125 wall and cut up the trailer hitch and weld the receiver into the bumper and extend the mounts from the trailer hitch for the bumper and possibly weld two D-shackles on the bumper. As for the winch I am undecided, but I have considered Mile Marker 9500. I also want to do a snorkel set-up similar to one I saw on here where the tubing is behind the fender then comes outside right before the A-pillar.

I've got just about the same in mind for mine. I've been eyeballing the teardrop campers (especially the one with the ATV holding deck) from www.golittleguy.com for some time now, but I'm starting to lean more towards a rooftop tent like the one from camping lab. At about a grand, the price is right for serious offroad camping, and I can save the cash I would be shelling out for a real camping trailer for something endlessly more amusing like... oh... a boat?

Nice rig Xhow many we are upto currently! Same goes for the dog!
While I agree with the fact that the mixes are large, Junkers yours is still small compared to "Blue"! She use to go everywhere with me, but now prefers to sneak up on the couch and sleep! She's very old! And I'm getting too old/lazy to lift her 98lbs. into the truck now! The smaller one is Bosco her buddy, he was visiting!
