Question Installing 2.5" lift kit on taco???

I'm thinking about buying a 2.5" lift kit for my truck because I'm looking at some 32" BFG all-terrain tires for sale on craigslist. The question is though, how hard would it be to install, and could I install it myself, if not, how much would it roughly cost for a shop to do it? Any help is appreciated!

You can do it yourself pretty easily; A shop would probably charge about $400. You'll need to get a front end alignment after it's on too. I suggest taking it to a good 4x4 shop for the alignment.

If your CV axles are old, there's a chance the new angle could be too much for them. Some people don't have a problem w/ their CVs, but I did so I thought I would warn you about that. Mine flung all the grease out within a week or so. I bought a 1" diff drop for $20 (which was really easy to install myself), put in new CVs and have had no problems since.
