So I have the speedo, tac, fuel, and engine temp. I know there are 4 bulbs behind there, two on the top and two in the middle (behind the tac and speedo).

I'm curious...do the two bulbs in the middle (which constantly stay on when the lights are on) pretty much take care of the whole backlighting of the cluster, while the two top bulbs only come one when the blinker is turned on? I'm curious because I'm ordering some bulbs for the cluster, and if this is the case I'm going to get two different kinds (I know all are 194's, I'm just looking at gertting LED's for the tac and speedo and just standard bulbs for the blinkers, if this is how they are actually set up.)

Hey thanks Scuba, I know from reading many other posts you are the search nazi! I found this link a couple days ago when searching to tear down my dash but I skipped over the reading part.

I read it this time though and I am correct, although because I have a tac does that matter...that truck didn't
