Carbon River... Rob Read this pls.

Jowie and I decided to go hit Carbon River area (opposite way of Evans Creek ORV) anyways... we drove around the forestry roads and came accross this road we decided to take, which had some rocks for crawling up... in anycase it got a bit technical and it was fun, we noticed it was dark, and had to keep driving up to find a turn around... it seemed to keep going up, and even looked like a mild rocky hill climb, Jowie and I wanna run it all the way before making a official run request, but when we decide to run again, I would maybe like Rob and or Gene to come, I certainly wouldnt mind having more experienced ppl there but not an official run yet.. as soon as we figgure out where it goes we can get more ppl going... Definately some Pucker Factors...

So Rob when are you free? Email me or PM me. I think you might enjoy this trail. (We should hit it before snow comes, but we got a few month before that)

BTW can't be this next weekend... way to many plans...

Definatly wasnt your normal forestry service road run. It wasn't too terribly difficult, just really rocky, and there are a few out there that look like they wanna jump up and rip something off your truck. Definatly fun, need to find out where it goes. Ducky has GPS traces on his site on the homepage, number two is the trail we want to explore more. I got some pics i need to put up, but none were of the trail we want to check out. Was too dark by that time...

You guys got me curious so I went to Topozone and typed in Cayada Creek in WA state since I say the name on the map on Ducky's site. After scrolling N once or twice I got this which looks about like your GPS trace where you started switchbacking up the hill.

If the link doesn't work, just go to Topozone.com and repeat my steps.
