Throttle body vacuum check E,R,P ports

While checking my E,R, and P ports on the throttle body per http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...34throttle.pdf and noticed the R port has no vacuum at 3500. What does the R port affect? Can i just shoot some throttle body cleaner down that port and flush it out?

If I remember right one hose goes to the evap and the other two go to egr. Throttle body cleaner shouldnt hurt it as long as your spray it into the throttle body and not into the hoses towards the sensors. You could even try compressed air.

After shooting TB cleaner down all three ports and blowing out the filter on the EGR, I've noticed that the first 5 mins after a cold start the acceleration isn't nearly as jumpy (used to be pretty bad) and I've been able to lower my idle from my previous 900-1000 down to the normal 750 without it being really rough, I can lower the idle down to 500 before it gets really rough now.

Needless to say I'm stoked!
