Another "help whats this rattle" thread

Alright I can try to post a vid tomorrow but for now here is some info.

This has progressively gotten worse over the last while but I seem to be getting a lower tone rattle type sound. Particularly when the truck is warning up still and I am driving, and at lower RPM's like coasting down a hill it is quite distinct and seems to blend right in with the piston ticking sounds when I accelerate. It also seems to go away once the truck warms up completely maybe 10 or 15 minutes later. But it will still randomly be heard once in a while.

Now I recently had my rod bearings replaced, so if anyone knows what some warped rod bearing sounds like I would hope you chime in. so I am wondering if it might be my timing chain or some other catastrophic thing.
I was told my TC looked fine at the tome the rod bearings were done.

The truck also has 375K Km's on it,

I had a friend who replaced his rod bearings but didn't replace the bad rod, so he still had the noise. he had to tear it down again.
