Crankshaft Pulley problems (partially solved)

So I identified the strange noises my engine has been making. Turns out I had the common problem of the crank pulley bolt coming loose. My crank pulley had back out about a half an inch (far enough to work its way past the woodruff key).

The problem is that the pulley was wedged on much worse than normal and I had to use a puller to get it off. In the process the puller broke the outer rim of the pulley in several place. I'm now wondering if I can reuse it or not. I realize it may cause some balance problems. I'd like to replace the whole pulley but it seems like the junk yards dont want to part out their engines. Any ideas?

P.S. Check those crank pulley bolts and make sure they are torqued down to 200+ ft pounds.

no you need a new pulley if you put the old one back on like that it will tear up your belts.

Check with the guy who just threw a rod in his motor. His might be usable and available.
