Bought Used Tundra SR5 07 - no spare tire or jack

We inspected the spare hardware which seems to have no damage, but the tire and jack and tools are missing. Where should I go to get these?

a junkyard or a dealer...or look online for toyota parts

If you bought it from a dealer, go back and throw a fit until they get you your spare and jack.
