White exhaust smoke!!

so i have white exhaust smoke coming out when the car is running.
I just cracked my radiator which is dumb because I filled it up with antifreeze and water a few weeks back!! Did not see any leaks at all so i have no idea what happened with that!!!
My oil is really runny like water and looks like coffee or chocalate milk (yummy)!!
I think it's the head gasket, but I'm just wondering if there are any other possibilities????????
And if so how can I check??
don't wanna take apart the whole engine to find out it wasn't that.

By the way when the radiator cracked all the antifreeze got all over my engine. It was soaked don't know if that could have contributed.

Thanks for all your help and please respond even if you have a little help anything will do

Definitely sounds like a bad headgasket or cracked head. If you have milkshake in your crankcase then water is getting in there somewhere.

Yea!!!!
Sorry forgot to post.
ITS A 22RE.
It overheated It was seriously the last straw on the camels back!!! Was one block away from my destination!! Didn't even run the engine too long when It started getting hotter!!
It is possible to have a bad head gasket and a cracked head isn't it???
With my luck I probably have a cracked head too

Yea I saw that website cause I kept on seeing engnbldr parts and gasket sets on all these posts. Lucky for me I don't have much money to be spending so right now a few hundred dollars is expensive! haha. Oh well life goes on i'll keep on living on the positive side.
And as for the it's not good news head gasket replacement???
Does that just mean its b**** to do??
Any links or advice on how to check timing chain and cover??
possibly just by taking valve cover off at least until I take apart the whole engine?

Remove the valve cover, if the chain has worn a hole in the cover it will be evident.

Headgaskets are easy on a 22re. Weekend job..
