how do i install a OEM roof rack on my 4runner

just bought a OEM roof rack off a parts guy and i'm not sure what the best method of installation would be. since it was off the vehicle when i bought it i didnt see how it was mounted to the 4runner it came off of.

can use metal self tapping screws with silicone or nut insert reivet type things and a drill!

yeah thats what i was thinking of doing but i dont want to start drilling holes in my roof til i have some more info

i did it on my last 4runner was fine for 3 years and is still fine..
just used metal screwsand silicone..
nut inserts can be had at princess auto or harbour freight
