Does anyone know the wire color going to the oil pressure sending unit on a 1994 P/U 22re? On the truck I just purchased it is missing the wire going to the unit and I am having a terrible time finding it. Info that I have is Yellow with black traser coming from the EFI intake manifold runners. Any other ideas?

 

could always just put in a mechanical gauge

 

I have the parts ordered to put in a mechanical guage, but I was tring to get the original one working to. Ordered a nice adaptor that threads into the block that has two 1/8" NPT and one 1/8"BST.

 

Sounds good. if i were at home I could look up that color for yeah and were to run it to. Sure someone else will chime in for yeah.

 

I would really appreciate it if you could take a look for me sometime and post it. I just purchased the truck for my son (just got his driving permit) and he is all over me to take it out, but I am hesitant until I know the oil pressure.
