The price always depends on what someone is willing to pay for it, but you know that. Down here I've seen them on craigslist for 250$ and they never sell, I've also missed out on one in the u-pull-it for 65$....... dang it.

Me? I wouldn't pay more than 100$ for one but then I don't really need/want one.

I'd say post it up for 300$ and see if you can move it. If not then save it for the 94 4runner, in a year or so you'll start thinking SAS.

I think he's looking to buy, not sell. $300 appears to be the average from a yard.

Well I'm a ding bat....... Sorry about the mix up there davidshocker.

If you can get it for 300$ and they are hard to find in your area then grab it.

I see people selling front axles here in WA any where from $150-$350 if you think the $300 is too much shop around you will find one cheaper. Also I think I would look for an 84-85 as they are stronger.

$300 seems to be a common asking price. I've sort of been trying to closet sell my 84 front. I haven't advertised or anything, but around here I don't think I could get any more than $250 for it.

I got a whole 85 ext cab with a bad motor for $500 two weeks ago, so price is based upon supply and demand like everything. Considering the economy I would think $250 would be HIGH for a Toyota SFA. A f/r set sell for that around here all the time.
