22re RPM drop

22re RPM drop
Hello All
So I am experiencing some slight engine issues and I'm hoping someone can point me in the proper direction.
Its an 87 4Runner with a 22RE 5 Speed
When its cold or just started it runs fine. When I drive it around town running errands after it warms up I get a slight stutter when I take off. Some times the engine will drop in RPMS, but it eventually goes away after I reach the top of 1st gear or shift into 2nd gear. Its usually bad when I am going slow through a parking lot. Always on initial start up. After I run it a little, it goes away and re appears after shut down and re start. Unless its hasnt been ran in a couple of hours.
