Smile 3VZE engine to 5VZFE engine

How much trouble is it to swap my 3VZ-E (3.0)engine with a 5VZ-FE (3.4)engine? I have a 89 Toyota extended cab 4x4 Pick-up with a 3" body lift. The 3.0 runs great when I start it up but after about thirty minutes of driving it starts to sound like a disael at a steady speed but when I let off the gas it stops ( No noise). I think it would be better just to swap if it isn't to much to do it.
