I'm putting in a s/c in the 4runner, and adding an SMT5 to it. If someone has a copy of the wiring diagram I would appreciate it. let me know.

I made a wiring guide for the SMT-5 for my 2001 4Runner. They are probably very similar, both being drive by wire. I can't say for sure though. The surest way is to go to your dealer and ask for the ECU diagrams and ECU plug diagrams. It takes some figuring out. You will definately have to get an additional narrow band O2 sensor though. If you want mine for the 2001, here it is:
