My new little DD Toyota truck find...
Just found this down the road two blocks away for sale. Found it yesterday, guy at work told me about it. Went to his house 4 times until someone was there yesterday. Went there today and picked it up for 350 bucks. Beautiful cab, its almost rust free! 160k miles, he wore through the timing chain cover. No radiator with it, and a couple little odd pieces missing too. No bed of course...but, its gona be a fun little project to add onto my collection of toys

those beds are very hard to come buy up here in michigan. Everyone that you find is rusted to hell and back...not sure what i am going to do yet. Any ideas on that aspect would be very appreciated (pics help me)

ah, the good ol days
but yeah, I can immagine they'd be hard to find up north in good condition... it's just plain hard to find a part donor Toyota at all down here in the south; all you guys from up north come down and steal 'em

Although I'm unsure what the cost would be you could look for a fiberglass bed. It wouldn't ever rust.
edit: Forget what I typed. I found a site that sells them and they are upwards of 1800$ before shipping and packaging.

we found those out in the woods; a full set of 37's
we threw em on a beater F150, bedless I might add
we beat the crap outta that thing and finally cought enough air with it to buckle the frame, lmao
oh how I miss my younger days

flat bed that joker turn it into a rock climber what else better you have to do up there , theres no point of spending a bunch of money on that truck's cosmetic work when you know it's going to rust later on down the road i'd flat bed it solid swap it and a bumper to hood roll cage and call it a day..

I wish i could find a decent one here, if i do itll be like 500 bucks. I have a old 55 chevy bed, i was thinking of cutting up and putting it on...
