Help Changed cold start injector no run anymore 3.0

OK so I changed my cold start injector and started up the and it stalled started it again and ran fine.
Then I was trying to find my miss and started unplugging spark plugs pulled #2 and it died now when I start it it only runs for about 2 secs and dies and will not run any ideas?
Just to make sure it was not csi related I replace the stock csi and still no go

That running for 2 seconds sure sounds like the VAF is not connected.

Could the wire have come unplugged? Or, if the intake hose for the VAF had a leak, that would cause the same symptom.

Good luck.
