Anti freeze through spark plug hole

Hi guys, now that my truck is all back together I am sucking anti freeze in through the intake (I think, but then again Im an idiot). When the truck runs there is anti freeze coming out at the exhaust manifold. When I take out the spark plugs an anti freeze/gas mix shoots out of the cylinders when the piston comes up. Mt. goat suggested that maybe I hooked up a line wrong on the intake. I checked that all out, but cant see where I may have done that (I labeled all hoses pretty well). Is there some other mistake that could lead to this situation? I appreciate this great community of people on here and all of the help I've recieved thus far.

Mt. Goat had it dead on, I had a vacuum and coolant line reversed. The strange thing is that it would run with anti freeze flowing into the cylinders but now that I've got that problem fixed its not starting. Oh well, at least I've got the anti freeze figured out. Thanks for the reply.
