Question Will I have to make my own brackets?

I'm looking to buy a grill guard for my truck (1996 Tacoma 4x4) so that I can mount a winch to it, so I think I found a good deal on an older Warn grill guard with a winch mount.

- So my question is, it probably won't fit my 96 Taco because it is made for a Jeep Cherokee, but can I buy brackets from Warn so that it will fit, or since that it is older, will I have to make my own brackets to fit?

Any help is appreciated, and if it helps, here is the link to Craigslist

Might want to contact Warn to see if they have bracket kits available for that:
