my new (to me) Pickup

Well a while back i posted a thread asking your guys opinion on weather or not i should trade my 95 4runner for a 95 pickup. Well i decided to do it but i havent got a chance to post it up. Well here it is.

From this

to this

what do you guys think ?
its got a 2 in body lift with 33 12.50s.
I wanna put in an aussie as soon as i can sell the lift from the old runner.

should have kept the 4runner, it looks snazzier

dont get me wrong, the pickup is awesome (i didn't think they made 95 p/u... thought those were tacomas), but the 4runner looked better

then again, only you will know the quirks / problems with 4runner that you wanted to fix, and however many miles you had on that thing. Either way, both rigs look awesome.

I would have kept the runner personally. I remember 16 and kick myself in the rear for doing and getting rid of things that were better than what I got. Besides at 16 you had a pre built enclosed bed lol.

HAHAHA ok now I am laughing dude. I probably drive by your house 1-2 times a month. i just realized i had seen the horse shoe headache rack. That's the one sweet thing about a truck and yours in particular. Not a bad place to live out there. you have the coast line with in 20min and the back roads in the hill the other side. the D river is pretty tight to.

A 16 year old needs a truck. When you have kids you can get a 4runner. Good move, the truck looks great. I like the custom headache rack too (I have a back-rack, racks are rare on yotas).

That truck is in great shape. You will NEVER find one looking like that after 15+ winters up here.

Yeah Humbolt is pretty cool. My dad is building a gym in Fortuna and I haul all of his equipment. I love Hwy 36 (unless i am hauling the 40ft flatbed with the dumptruck). Isn't there places you could crawl up near Dinsmore or even Ruth? I know there is further east on the divide rd.

ahh man you gotta explore that area man! you got the red woods there and all the hills. i am sure there are a lot of back roads that take off and turn to dirt. I know from the air it looks like there are a lot of back roads. When I am leaving equipment there, dad flies over to pick me up. it's pretty fun. you ever take the toy out on the sand? My DUMB uncle took my dad's f350 out from the fortuna side of the humbolt bay (sand bar) and almost left it thier to be taken by the sea!!! he's an idiot. some guy in a 2nd gen toy came along seen us and went to get his old ford with a hydro winch to pull us out. we got very lucky.
