I had my 88 4runner's engine pressure checked and it wasn't the headgasket leaking it was the hose underneath the dipstick that had a hole in it cause the truck to get hot. My truck now seems to have a high loud idle when i put it in neutral after it runs for a while when driving and stopping at a red light. what could cause this and how can i fix it????

No idea but, toyotas do rev high when cold, mine is around 1600 when i start it up in the mornin if its been cold out.
