new yota wondering about lift

i just picked up my first toyota. its an 87. buddy i got it from said it had a 3 inch body lift and 3 inch suspension. i need to buy shocks for it but it doesnt look like it has a suspension lift to me. the shackles in the back kinda look like they could be longer so mayby they just cranked the torsion bars and put longer shackles in the back. anyways heres a pic of it with 33's does it look like it has a suspension lift to anyone? i've always driven jeeps so the lifts are different. how could i tell if it has a supension lift or not? need to know weather to buy stock shocks or longer ones. thanks

finally got a pic on photobucket. cant remember if thats with the 33's or 34's think its the 33's though. i'm guessing its probably just body lifted the front shocks dont seem very long or nothing in the front looks dropped or extended.

Stock front wheel-fender height is 13.5-14", compare that to your truck to figure out the lift:
