Still new to this,is this TB maxed out ?

I tried to move the bolt spraying WD-40 and it moves but does nothing it just spins forward and backward, and that's with an impact gun.

I'm used to GM TB's and to me this is maxed out. I'm a trying to lower the front if possible.

Thanks

Questions:

A - You do have the front jacked up and the lower a-arms just hanging free, with no weight on them, correct ?
B - Assuming (A) to be true, have you put a wrench on the top nut while you turned the bolt ?
C - What's the distance, currently, between to top of the wheel rim and the fender lip ?

Fred
just for refference, when I tightened my t-bars a few turns, A) the truck was NOT jacked up so all the weight was on it, and B) on the 91 models, that nut isn't there (at least on mine it's not), I think that was 2nd gen PUs and 1st gen Runners. Either way, I had no issues.

not bashing you, just saying

as for the OP's question, it almost sounds like the threads on the adjustment bolt are stripped maybe? it is pretty rusted up looking...
