22RE give me your input
My 22re isn't firing on the first and second cylinders. I have good compression, good injectors and good spark. I came to the conclusion that either my ECM was bad or my wiring was messed up somewhere. I replaced the ECM and it didn't fix the problem. I'm going to tear into the wiring tomorrow unless anyone has any better idea's!?!?!? Thanks!

sounds like the gremlins i have under my hood.
Do the finger test:
pull the plug for that cylinder and put your finger in the hole.
Unplug all of the other plugs so it doesn't turn over. Have someone crank the engine and feel for air when you see the plug spark.
This will tell you if your timing is good or not.

Try putting an extra/test spark plug in the non firing wires, DC all the other plug wires too. Ground the plug and turn over if you see a spark try doing a compression test (I see you did one). If no spark change wire, or rotor or cap.
Redo compression test step by step with one of the online guides.
If it's an 85 like mine, the ECM should not affect the plug firing, just the timing. So maybe your TPS is so way off the plugs are firing but at wrong time.
