Exclamation Replacing 1997 corroded O2 oxygen Sensor bolts and nuts

Folks,

I have a 1997 Land Cruiser. I have a BO O2 sensor and went to replace both. The bolts are severely corroded and the nuts are well pretty much gone.

How does one deal with this situation. I assume there is am easier way to make the repair without having to replace the whole exhaust. I am looking for help and suggestons!
