dimensions of coolant hose above alternator

Anyone know the dimensions? It appears that I have a leak coming from that hose and I believe it is cracked. This is in an 85 22r

like length or like what size the hose is in dia? just take it in to a parts store and buy the right size hoze then just cut it down.. wont that work?

That's the way it's done. They'll have the right hose for your truck, you just may or may not need to cut it down to length. Better yet get one from the dealership.

I think I have a brand new oem one of those hoses. Mine was cracked so I bought a new one from the dealer and then my engine blew so I bought a complete used engine. It's just sitting in a box of other Yota parts I have. PM me if you're interested. Is this the hose you're talking about?
