I do own a '04 Tundra and '99 4Runner so please pardon the family vechile.

I took my 05 Sienna in for a detail and they ended up breaking the tape deck door. It used to stay in place, now it sways when I drive. They said they would fix it but the "replacment" was some old radio with a broken tape deck door. So now I just want it done right and do not know if I trust them to fix it. Can I just pull the radio and get a tape deck? All the parts department has at Toyota is a schematic that shows the radio as one entire piece. Maybe I can find one at a junk yard and just change out the tape deck since the radio is like $400.

Any ideas?????

 

They broke it they should fix it. Accept NOTHING less. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
