Exclamation 94 4runner, loss power with fan on

I own a 94 4runner v6efi 4wd auto and just finished replacing the fuel line that goes into the cold starter on the air intake manifold. Well in order to do this I had to remove the air intake manifold to replace the entire line. I took pictures and labeled all my hoses so I'm pretty sure that everything is back together properly.

It runs great EXCEPT one thing. Now when I turn the fan on for the cab heat, I lose all my power to the wheels and the oil pressure guage starts to climb. It's not bad on the low setting, but when I turn the fan on max, I lose pretty much all my power to the wheels. I was thinking vacuum lines, but I've already looked them over once and checked for leaks. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Noble

Are you saying you lose your power steering? Or you lose engine power?

I lose engine power. Not all of it, just some so that I can't accelerate.

Turning the fan on should have no impact on the engine performance.
HOWEVER... if you have air conditioning, even with the temp slider to hot and vent controls to defrost, turning the fan on will cause the compressor to cycle and the a/c idle up valve to turn on... if the vacuum lines aren't routed correctly something undesireable could happen at that time.
