Anyone in Utah want to head to the Scranton ghost town in the west desert on Saturday the 31st? I have only been there once this last summer so it might take exploring a few roads to find it in the winter but it is probably on GPS. If anyone is wanting to check out the cabins and mining equipment I would recommend taking a pistol along since there are cougars that hang around them and I don't mean older women We are planning on meeting at the Chevron at the Lehi crossing on Redwood south of Camp Williams at 10am.

Cool, I may have another Tacoma going if he will get off his ass and buy a new battery for it. Sean is heading to California for business and staying Saturday to surf so he won't make it.

We usually go out every month and I will post when I figure out the next trip.
There is a group of us going down to the Jeep Safari on April 3rd through April 7th and signing up for Strike Ravine on Saturday and Steel Bender on Sunday if anyone else wants to go. Still have until March 3rd to send in the sign up for the draw.

 

I only have one picture from Saturday. Although it looks like we are driving through the sage brush, we are actually on the road that is covered by a few feet of tumble weeds.
