4runner fog light splash guard mod, MacGyver style
Well, I blew a fog lamp bulb yesteday and replaced it, which was pretty costly.
There's a good thread to fabricate splash guards for 3rd gen 4runners that are stock equipped,

8 zip ties: 80 cents
2 gallons of milk: $5.00
20 minutes of time...it's MLK day so I had the time
2 high lifes...$1.25
