I know the threads on the toy 22r oil pressure sensor are not SEA and not standard metric. In the past I have had a very hard time finding the proper adapter to install an aftermarket pressure guage. I was told once exactly what the thread is but have forgotten. What exactly is the proper style thread for the oil gally on the block?

Should be able to search for that, but I think it's 1/8 bpt...

 

The threading is 1/8" BSPT ('British Standard Pipe Taper', or something like that ...).
