looks like the old flow ones, but this seems more logical; after the throttle body.

If it were this easy to increase mpg, wouldn't all new cars come with a similar intake? I only see this maybe working on a carbed or TB injection engine, not a multiport fuel injection like on modern gas engine.

It didn't work on those either, Matt. It's been around since the mid to early '90's IIRC. Total waste of money. Just like the magnants, and the fuel line wraps. Mythbusters did an episode were they tested 4 or 5 of those gas saving devices. They all failed

Hmm, that is good to know. Allthough logically speaking, it seems like it could help; after the throttle body, speeding up, and forcing air into the intake parts.
Seems like it would help, but i will take your word for it; a mental edge only.

Why does crap like this keep showing up. There are WAY to many stupid people out there buying this crap. Read up on some physics and most notably the first law of thermodynamics. jesus.........

I don't think the laws of thermodynamics really applies in this instance. This product simply addresses a design flaw that it present in no engine I know of (ie: all engine have enough turbulence to distribute the atomized gas to a degree that adding a "Tornado" or whatever this one is called up by the intake isn't going to help). Gasoline engines are around 20% efficient. You'd be right if they were 100% efficient , but this attempts to address an inefficiency, but fails at that.

wonder what would happen if you bolted one of these AND a tornado on at the same time?? im guessing 300+ hp, and an increase of 15mpgs?
