You can turbo anything.

Have fun tuning it though.

get the exhaust off a 22rte and the turbo off a supra,
then figure out how to pipe it.

Blow-through turbo setups have been done, even stock like the '79-'83 2.3T Mustangs, but they're a mess when it comes to vacuum lines and tuning. An EFI swap would be way easier.
