How long do OME shocks last?

I've had mine on around 40,000 miles and I'm riding really rough... Any experience here?

Mine have ridden rough since install-and I have the lowest preload installed.

I generally run my rear tires at 28 PSI which really helps.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about coils.

When you notice is bouncing over train tracks and the truck acts like someone is driving it besides you-get some new shocks.

Bilsteins are popular around here. They are a great absorber but also cost a lot due to the name. Talk to your trusted mechanic. There are no-name shocks that do the same thing for a lot less.
