Road Trip With 93 3.0L 4Runner

Should I go for it:

I'm planning on picking up my cousin in Pennsylvania this coming spring break. By then - I'm estimating by then that my 3.0 will have at least 215K miles on it (now it has 210K with new timing belt, timing idlers, waterpump). My question is: Would it be a good idea to attempt this trip with my rig? Im in VA and its about a 5 hour drive up to his place. I'd be going through richmond, washington and baltimore, staying overnight to give the rig a rest then return the following day. From others experience with the 3.0 with this many miles, should I trust it to get me there and back?
Oh, the engine was rebuilt at 95K miles - don't know why, I didn't own the truck then...

Ive driven my 95 2wd with the 3.0 cross country and it did fine. It all depends on the condition of your vehicle

It runs pretty well - it pings every now and then, but I just run 89 in it and its fine. I just thought that I would get a few opinions other than that of my parents - who share horror stories of being broken down in the middle of nowhere.
Its also getting new front bearings, balljoints and brakes this weekend - fun fun fun!

make sure you go and lube up your entire driveline and hit all the zerks with fresh grease and change all the fluids before you go (engine, tranny, xcase, rear axle, front axle)
