I have a set of the S.D.O.R.I. mounts on my 90 and have to say they are awsome I double bolted mine to the frame but only got one set from S.D.O.R.I. so you don't really need to weld them on. I have used them a few times and the 5/8th shackles are beefy as hell and look great there I get asked about them a lot by people that don't know what there for so be prepaired.

Wow, Just checked the SDORI site, 145 a pair..
I dont think i can thank chris (slosurfer) enough for these.

Matt, I just double checked and I dont see where the original tow hooks would be so I take back my original statement about them bolting to stock locations.
So
Harleyman, Did yours go right where your towhooks went ?

Btw yours do look great, Although its not a huge mod, Im very excited to get these installed.

With all that said, Anyone want to share how/where their STOCK towhooks mount, Hopefully with a great picture description

I can see where they'd go on mine....
look under the bumper and you can see a hook on the left, and a ring on the right, bolted up to the frame....

No hooks no nothing...Well, an hour ago
Didnt wake up early for nothing....

Drivers side where it should bolt up is being dumb ...rust or something, the bolt just doesnt want to thread in properly..

I'll try and get the other one on when its not freezing cold and the ground saturated with water

Thats all folks

I'd offer to chase the hole with a tap, but alas, I have no metric taps.

That's ridiculous for a piece of metal. 145$, why not just make your own, the frame will go before the damn mount or hook anyway.
