rear bumper build up

Started building the rear bumper on Tuesday.

It is going to be a plate bumper, with some tube quarter panel protection.

Mounts are 1/4 inch, and the rest of it is going to be 3/16. It will have a hitch receiver and shackle mounts on it when i get done.

How it looks now, its not much but its the hard part to get mounts and the main cross section planned out.

How it is now

Thanks,

I always end up smashing my rear bumper. I am going to be adding quarter panel tubing to provide more protection.

I wish I could afford to leave my 4runner at Brad's shop and let him have his way with her for a few months!

A bunch of people are wanting some Mossyrock's stuff. I can think of 2-3 people are in line to get some fab work done.

I'll be going after work to work on it. Hopefully it will be done soon, but its slow work when your working from 6-9:30

That may be the nicest plate rear bumper. Very well done.

What did you make your cuts with?
