my rocker arm shafts were broken in three places. and almost all of my valve guides broke off righ at the base of the head. i find this very strange. 22r was running fine other than losing a quart of oil through the valve guides. has anyone seen this before?

Running too low rpm/stalling can cause similar results. Timing is crucial! Kev

 

hmm that kinda makes sense. i allways heard a clacking noise when at low, almost stalling rpms
