What do you guys think of this deal?

I am looking at buying this 1996 4runner, but I am a little bit weary with it's mileage.
It's a manual transmission 4 cylinder with 201,000 miles on it. The owner said the head was replaced about 15,000 miles ago and that the high mileage is mostly all freeway miles commuting to work. What do think a fair price for it would be or should I just keep looking for something with lower miles?

I can't comment on price since I have not been in the market for a 4runner for several years. My advice is (and applies to most things in life) be patient and don't settle if it is not what you really want. I searched for about 4-6 months before buying my 4runner and even flew up to VA from SC to purchase. It was priced considerably lower than the ones in my area and was worth the trip (airfare was cheaper then too). btw, cool username

I don't know what other maintenance it has had. I am going to go look at it and it take it for a spin in a few hours and I'll ask him more about the maintenance. This is the third owner. He bought it about a year ago from the previous owner who had owned it for around 9 years I think, who used it for commuting 20 miles to work each way. He is asking 4,800 and I was thinking of offering 4,000 if everything checks out.
