i have the a.d.d. front axle right now.. would it affect anything?

86 axle from what? pickups and runners didnt have sfa's in 86 only up to 85

I believe he is talking about only the diff with jack-shafts attached from a non-ADD truck. Some might call it a straight front axle.

Yes it will fit no problem. It wont affect anything, just remember to cap/loop your vacuum lines.

haha i was diagnosed with that but personally i think its all bs... anyways is that the same as auto hubs? im surprised ive never heard of it

No, its not the same as auto hubs.

Hence why its ADD and not ADH

Auto hubs unlock at the spindles, ADD unlocks at the front diff.

yeah i think its an 85 then from a 4x4 toyota pickup im buying it from a pick a part place for trucks. its $500.00 but idk if it will fit would i have to change anything else? since its gonna be hub locks ...?

If you are talking about a solid axle (like in the rear of the truck), no. It will NOT fit witout some extensive modifications.
