ball joint on 2000 toyota tacoma

i was wondering if my ball joints had to be pressed in with some crazy 50,000 pound press or if i could do them myself

im pretty sure you can do it yourself. one of my friends put them on hisself. but he had a 94 yota. but some of the more experienced guys will chime in and tell you for sure or not
