repair and resolve 3.0 v6 3vze head gasket

I understand Toyota does not advise reusing the head bolts as bolts stretch when they are torqued down and should not be reused.

so i intend to replace them with HeadBolts 10.9 topline

for Head gaskets ive heard this is best: Rock Gaskets

ive also been told these parts are good to replace dose any one know what all comes in a rock head set
and if any of these are excluded:

all the gaskets,

seals

o-rings

o ring on oil cooler

specially ALL the fuel injector o-rings)

small o ring at the end of distributor shaft

the sealents i intend to use are:

"the right stuff" FIPG By Permatex can be used for every application

FIPG Sealent (Black from delarship) i read some one using this to seal after head was torqed down

should I replace these things? and can anyone help me with spacifics...

various temperature senders

knock sensor wire and knock sensor

O/S Valves

PCV Valve

hydraulic Tensioner pully

idler pully

ive been told to check for errosion at edge of cyl No. 5 & 6 caused by heat from the section connecting the exaust manafold I wonder if the heat fom this exaust setup could play a major in recurring head gasket/bolt problems and going to a header dule exaust with x pipe and of course 02 sensor and cats since in here in california might eliviate future insidences of HG failure
any ideas woulb be appriciated

and as an option if my valves heads are tost

I read one recomendation to purchase remanufactured heads from J & C
Enterprises w/ O/S SS Valves heaver Springs and an after market crane cam for $399 as compared to $260 cost to fix

Dusty....I could use your help Thanx
