Suspension Question

Hello,I understand if the torsion bars are not even that the front end will not be even.Does that affect the rear end?Basically what I'm asking is should the rear end be level if the front end is'nt?Thanks for any help.

what happens when you put some weight on one side of a car that one side goes down same thing if the front is lower on one side then the rear would be the same way just not as bad as the front

but you really should get the front fixed asap any pictures would help us out to
