Hey everyone, I have a sliding rear glass from an 86' pickup that I would like to replace my one piece rear glass on my 88. Does anyone know if it will work? If so is the project for a DIY or if taken to a shop any estimates?? Thanks for any suggestions.

this helped me some when i did mine but i went the other way and put a solid in and took the slider out.

im almost sure it will cause its the same body style. i just replaced mine it was farely easy

 

yeah it will. just dont rip the rubber grommet. use vasoline and twine when you install it.... took me 5 mins to install it when i used that stuff.

 

Thanks for everyones help. I really like the sliding window so im gunna do it. algranger where are you going across that creek? im from mcchord air base just got stationed here and i got a cr 250 what are some sick places to ride?
