95 4runner 3vze knock sensor problems

I just rebuilt my motor and when i took the head in to get it resurfaced and when i got it back there was a cut knock sensor wire... im not to sure as to what all i have to take off to find the sensor or the other side of the wire going to the ecu,,, so if anybody can help me with this problem that would be great

The knock sensor in the 3VZ is center of the block under the intake manifold.

alright.... would u happen to the torques specs and the loosening and tighting sequence for the intake manifold, i left my book at a freinds

i found the problem with the knock sensor, it seem the wire came out of connector to the sensor.. i was trying to find a way to route it but it seems the wire is to short, or unless im routing it the wrong way... does anyone know about how long the wire is from the sensor to the connector on the wireing harness,, mine is about 10 - 12 inches

rebuilt the motor in my 1994 toyota 4runner and now cannot find the harness end of the knock sensor. I have the connector coming from the knock sensor. any help would be appreciate.
